As we are using a free hosting service, there is a limitation to the amount of space we have for picture content, so what we ask is if you can upload a picture in a third party program and provide links to those pictures rather than posting large sized pictures on forum pages. Moderators/Admin on the forums will remove these pictures, but the less moderation of this type of thing we have to perform, the more time we can spend on important threads & topics.
It is perfectly fine to upload Avatars & Signatures at present. Until we can see what sort of space this uses we don’t see any reason in restricting this. Please be sensible though and don’t post any signature that is too large. We will request that you change a signature if this is the case, and failure to do so will result in a demotion to guest until this is rectified. Again the less moderation of this type of thing we have to perform, the more time we can spend on important threads & topics.
If there is a current discussion on a particular subject or topic already present on the forum, then please use these topics/threads for discussion rather than producing or creating a duplicate.
Most important of all,
Please use this forum correctly, do not abuse, insult or attack any fellow guild member or friend member on the forum. This simply isn’t acceptable & if there are any issues between members, then we officers urge people to resolve the matter either in game or over Ventrilo. If you would like an officer present for the discussion to help with matters then simply ask and we’ll be more than happy to oblige. At the end of the day we want everyone to be happy and content within guild whether that’s in-game, on forum or on Ventrilo.
If any member has a suggestion regarding the forum, layout, design, general idea’s or requests then please post these in the Forum Suggestion section where we will give it our full attention and provide an honest response as to, if this is something that we can do, will look in to, or simply not able to perform.
(Please don’t post any suggestions within the first week of the forum being open as we still have a current list of jobs that we’re trying to work on to sort. This week should give us enough time to sort all these issues, where we can then pay any new suggestions are full attention).
